Analyze Blobs tool now supports sorting the Loadings Matrix table by clicking on the table column headers. The table can be saved to a XLS or CSV file by right clicking on the table and choosing the Save-as menu.
View > Image Attributes has a new Remove button for removing an invalid profile path.
The chromatogram image saved by File > Export Profile Data to Centroid might have a phase shift different from the source chromatogram, which can cause misalignment between profile and centroid data.
Compatibility: If a CDF file type is selected, the scan order of the exported CDF file is unshifted as the profile data. In previous versions, the scan order was shifted.
Workaround: Reset the phase shift before exporting, then shift the exported centroid chromatogram by the same amount of the source chromatogram.
An uncaught exception was thrown when importing with pixel parameters if the Modulation Period field is empty. Similarly, Project > Run > Auto Processing would throw exceptions under the same condition.
If Processing > Extract Ion Peaks as Areas is set to use some Ion Area filter (e.g. Min SNR 500), the progress bar would not advance to 100% before the processing is completed.
If the baseline of a chromatogram was corrected on the TIC data channel, Processing > Extract Ion Peaks with a CLIC filter SNR>50 might result in ion areas with SNR smaller than 50.
If an invalid text was entered into any numerical setting (e.g. Ion Sampling Interval) of Processing > Extract Ion Peaks, an unexpected value would be applied.
If an ill-formatted expression was entered when editing a CLIC column in Blob Table, unlike adding a CLIC column, no error was reported.
If a chromatogram is baseline corrected, but has no blob detected, an invalid expression error was reported when adding a valid CLIC column to Blob Table.
Edit > CLIC Expression, and select Functions > Math Functions > COPYSIGN. The displayed description had the function name as "COPY" instead of "COPYSIGN". User Guide had the same typo.
After manually entering some rows to a RI table and saving the chromatogram, Configure > RI Table > Import did not always open the recently used location.
An uncaught exception was thrown when setting the close flag of either a single or multiple template polygon or rectangle area objects.
View > Image Attributes > Profile Path > Browse, select a folder or copy and paste a destination folder path, and then Open. An error was always reported and the user was asked to remove the path.
The software now supports only the system (Windows) and Nimbus look-and-feels. Other look-and-feel options were removed from Configure > Settings > System.
Compatibility: If a system configuration has unsupported look-and-feel options, the software will use the system (Windows) look-and-feel by default.
