Investigator now recomputes the statistics of an analysis faster than previous versions after loading more images or re-assigning image classes.
Investigator > Summary perspective now supports filtering tables by Count with comparative operators such as greater than (>) and less than (<).
Investigator > Compounds perspective now shows Count in addition to compound names, which allows filtering the compound list by the number of samples where a compound is detected.
Open an image within a project, view a SIC or CLIC image, and then File > Save as to a new image file caused an error. The same error occurred for any image with an amount table set.
Workaround: Copy the image file to a location outside of the project > Open Image > Quantification > Amount Table > Clear Table > OK. Then, a SIC or CLIC image can be saved without problems.
In Version 2.9r1, Method > New Method from Current Image added the Skip Correct Baseline step even if the baseline correction was performed on a MS image.
Quantification > Calibration Table, and click on Calibrant column to sort the calibrants. The order appeared to be random instead of by calibrant name.
An analysis created by v2.4 could not be saved after additional images were loaded using newer versions.
Workaround: If source images are still available, open the analysis and File > Reload All before saving.
Open an existing analysis, load a new image, and then File > Save Analysis to the same analysis (GCA) folder. Try to load another new image, the program might report either the template or configuration file missing.
Workaround: Choose a different location to save an existing analysis that has template and/or configuration files.
Load an image that has Spectrum column configured in Blob Table and no named blob to an empty analysis, and then save the analysis. The program reported an error.
Open Investigator, maximize window, close and reopen Investigator. Investigator window was slightly larger than the screen size and not maximized.
