Blob Detection on SIC (or CLIC)
Hi, may I perform blob detection on the SIC (or CLIC) to take advantage of the mass selectivity offered by high-resolution mass spectrometers? Thanks!

Re: Blob Detection on SIC (or CLIC)
You can perform local blob detection on SIC or CLIC.
If you want to detect all peaks in a region, create and select a rectangle to cover the region on a SIC > Edit > Local Blob Detection. See here for more details: https://www.gcimage.com/gcxgc/usersguid ... bDetection
If just a couple of peaks, use Blob > Detect/Edit Blobs mode > double click on a peak on a SIC. See here for more details: https://www.gcimage.com/gcxgc/usersguid ... tBlobsMode
