Multi Sample Comparison for LCMS Data on LC Image HRMS Edition

Hi All,

I would like to enquire if we can perform multi sample comparison based on either TIC or EIC for LC/QTOF data in LC Image? Can cross sample feature matching be used to align TIC from multiple MS data files?

The Investigator program can be used to perform multiple sample comparison. Here is an overview of the Investigator workflow:

Automated feature extraction is based on TIC, and the feature alignment is peak-based. The feature template generated can be used to align raw ms data through Register Images.
