MS subtraction and save

If I have some influence of co-elution, is it possible to store a MS that is the result of user selected subtraction of two selected MS pixels (desired blob MS - interfering MS)? I want the "clean" MS to be the MS associated with the desired blob.

Not directly, you may copy the spectrum to the Reference MS field.

1. In MS View, set the spectrum to be Active > Copy to Clipboard > Spectrum String > Full Spectrum
2. Right click on the blob to open Blob Attributes > Analysis > Reference MS and paste

Then, you may view the Reference MS using the default MS mode.
