Do you mean compare two chromatograms?

If yes. use Tools > Compare Images. See here https://www.gcimage.com/docs/usersguide ... SideBySide

There is a Save button on the toolbar.

Compare Images does not have 3D View.

Also, there is a File > Import and Merge menu. It is mainly for merging runs acquired individually (e.g. heart-cutting).

Can I compare two 3D images?
The "Tool-->compare images" function can browse two images in gci format, right? In the 3D view, the image can only be saved in png format, how can I save a 3D image in gci format?

You can save the .gci files after import through the File > Save Image menu. .gci is the file type of GC Image's 2D chromatogram data files. The .gci file contains all data information including RT1, RT2, responses, peak tables, and spectra.

3D View is a view type instead of a file format. Currently, the tool supports comparing two chromatograms only in 2D View.
