Hi!
I want to perform automated blob detection _and_ library search for several samples in a batch, but cannot figure out how... Within the Method editor, there is only the option of blob detection. I have looked around in the Projects function but cannot find anywhere to define library searching either. Surely it must be possible to do this? We're running GC Image 2.8. Thanks!

Re: Automatic/batch library search?
Right now, the option is part of the Library Search Configuration. You will need to modify the configuration of the method.
Configure > Settings > Search Library > check Perform library lookup after blob detection automatically

Also, we are working on adding Library Search as a separate step in the Method for the next release.

Cool. thanks! That works for me.
Follow up question, is it possible to do batch internal mass calibration on HRMS data?

Re: Automatic/batch library search?
No, unfortunately mass calibration cannot be done in batch processing at this moment. You may look into your MS instrument software that might have some option to calibrate masses during acquisition.
