How to resize the software windows on small screen (laptop)

Post by jgros2 »

I was trying to configure the settings ('configure' > 'settings') on my laptop, but the line to click 'ok' is 'below my screen' such than I cannot click 'ok'... How do I make sure that the windows opened by the software all display within my screen (i.e., that it is resized smaller if needed)?
(I have windows 10)

What is your laptop's screen size? Please note that the minimum screen size supported by our software is 1024x768.

Unfortunately, the dialog cannot be resized at this time. If the bottom is being blocked by the Windows taskbar, you might consider setting the taskbar to hide automatically. This should give you more screen space to work with.

Thanks. It is 14 inches (diagonal). I see it is 1920x1080 (default, recommended). I see that if I change the setting (e.g., I just tried 1680x1050), then the GC Image dialog windows seems to display properly. Thanks! (I will see if it works this way, else I will consider hiding the Windows task bar as you suggest).

In that case, it might be caused by the Scale and Layout in the Windows' Display setting.

100% or 125% should work for 1920x1080. With 150%, the taskbar will block the bottom of the dialog.
