Update Notes R2.1 Update b5

LCxLC Software Release 2.1b5 includes critical bug fixes over previous R2.1 releases. If LCxLC Software R2.1b4 or older 2.1 version is installed, then R2.1b5 can be installed as update by downloading and executing the update program. If an older LCxLC Software R2.1 is not installed (or for a separate installation), then R2.1b5 can be installed from scratch by downloading and executing the installation program.
