Update Notes R1.9 Update b7

GC Image Release 1.9b7 includes critical bug fixes. If GC Image R1.9b6 or older 1.9 version is installed, then R1.9b7 can be installed as update by downloading and executing the update program. If an older GC Image R1.9 is not installed (or for a separate installation), then R1.9b6 can be installed from scratch by downloading and executing the installation program and then installing the update package.
