HR SIC

Post by michaelgroessl »

Hi,
I'm trying to plot an SIC for an accurate mass either through view --> SIC view or MS viewer --> open SIC. It seems this is only possible for the image data which is integer masses. Any way to plot an SIC of an accurate mass?

If the image only contains integer masses, View SIC can only produce SICs for integer masses, even if a high-res profile data is linked. To get high-res MS images, see here.

Is there any way to automatize the conversion process? Importing/exporting file after file is quite time consuming for big data sets...

Not at this moment. Import centroid from profile directly is on our plan, but it would be after the coming release.
