Multiple compounds in one blob

I have the problem of 2 compounds co-eluting and was therefore wondering if it is possible to automatically quantify multiple compounds in a single TIC blob, given that they have unique ions. From what I see, template matching can only assign a single compound to one blob. Yet, if I extract SICs manually and integrate the specific single ion signals, I can in principle quantify both compounds.

You can add multiple quantifier ions to a blob, and Quantifier Response columns to Blob Table. See here for more details.
