Number of decimal placess for accurate mass

I have imported 2D LC data from MassHunter and can only view spectra labelled with one decimal place. The spectra peak table also shows only m/z values to one decimal place. Is there somewhere to change the number of decimal places for m/z values? I've tried changing the MS Data Binning values but that makes no difference.

You can change the decimal places displayed by right clicking on the m/z or Channel column header, and then a popup will be shown as below to let you change the decimal places:
