GC project 2.4 Amount table

Post by roger »

Dear GCImage team,

Is there a way to import a .csv file with our amount table including compound name and calibration?
As I've now to enter 90 compounds to Quan analysis I'll try to avoid to do it manually for each one of my compounds.

Thanks in advance for your help!

In GC Project, you can import a CSV amount table for each vial (level):
http://www.gcimage.com/gcxgc/usersguide ... tml#faqh.4

The CSV amount table has two columns, one for compound name and one for amount, for example:

Code: Select all

benzene, 0.09
2-hexanone, 9.99
If you have a single spreadsheet with all amounts for multiple calibration levels (vials), you will need to save it into multiple CSV files. For example, you can create a template spreadsheet with compound names, copy the amount column for a level to it, save as a CSV file, then do this repeatedly for each level.

Once you have all individual CSV amount tables saved, you can import them at once by:

Select Vials node in the project tree
> On Vial Records tab, click on Edit button
> Assign Composition Table for each vial
> Apply Changes
