Import a batch of files

Hi,

Is there a way to do multiple file importation (e.g. shimadzu .gqd files to .gci)? I noticed that when I save an XML script, it only records the parameters applied after opening the imported file like phase roll, baseline corr, etc. The app GUI during importation also has initial parameters like mass filter, modulation and frequency but these details are not recorded in the XML script. Currently, I would have to import files one by one and save as gci so that I can batch process them later. I have >30 samples with 3 injections each and it would be a great help to batch convert these .qgd files.

A simple way is to use Project > Run > Auto Process. Here is an example:
