Re: Import of MSMS data in GC Image
Here is a quick check list: Does the program report any error when Import Image? Check here for a MassHunter-related problem. After Import, does the TIC look normal? In order to generate a 2D chromatogram image, raw data need to be uniformly sampled. But almost any MS/MS mode results in non-uniform ...

Re: Use Peak Template to Detect Blobs
Actually we are working on a feature like what you described. But, current version does not have such feature. Possible workarounds are Tune blob detection settings. If you always need to split blobs, it may be due to high smoothing factors. Try setting the smaller smoothing factors in Configure > S...

Re: offline 2D-LC-MS data view
The Base Peak chromatogram can only be generated during Import by setting Multi-Spectral Filter > Ordinal Limit to 1 . Filtering out a m/z can be done by either of During Import, set Rang Limit to "0-370.5, 371.5-" After Import, View > SIC View to view the SIC, and use File > Save Image As...

Re: offline 2D-LC-MS data view
You can use File > Import and Merge with either Column-by-Column or Cut-by-Cut. The difference between the two modes is that Column-by-Column option assumes continuous scan acquisition (usually in a comprehensive mode). 2D chromatograms imported by Column-by-Column and Cut-by-Cut will look similar, ...

Re: template matching takes so long and gets stuck
It should not take that long if the matching settings are reasonable. I just tested matching with about 700 blobs. It took about a couple of seconds. If some matching settings are set too big, matching could take much longer time. Also, if template peaks have qCLIC set, it will take more time to com...

Re: qCLIC & ExactMassList
Another possible workaround is to replace ExactMassList with pre-calculated exact masses. Of course, it would not be as convenient as the function.
In any case, you may want to update at least to v2.6b4.

Re: qCLIC & ExactMassList
Which version of the software are you using?
It might be related to a bug fixed in v2.7r3 and v2.8r2:
