No, hit spectra are not directly available. When viewing a blob spectrum, the software retrieves the hit spectra from NIST library on the fly. The software always imports centroid data if it is available. If centroid data is not available, the software will import nominal spectra of profile data. From the screenshots, there are centroid spectra. So, the only problem is MS Data Binning setting. By default, MSString() uses the Blob spectrum....

No, unfortunately mass calibration cannot be done in batch processing at this moment. You may look into your MS instrument software that might have some option to calibrate masses during acquisition.
