By the way, the Name is sorted in the dictionary order. If you want the numbered names sorted by numbers, the number parts need to be padded to the same length. For example:

You can sort Blob Set Table by clicking on table headers. The sorting order is remembered. You can set CLIC expression to the qCLIC field of a template peak. Then the qCLIC will be used in the template matching.
Local blob detection cannot be automated right now. But, in R2.5, you can specify a CLIC Filter for global blob detection:
