Re: HR SIC

Is there any way to automatize the conversion process? Importing/exporting file after file is quite time consuming for big data sets...

HR SIC

Hi,
I'm trying to plot an SIC for an accurate mass either through view --> SIC view or MS viewer --> open SIC. It seems this is only possible for the image data which is integer masses. Any way to plot an SIC of an accurate mass?

Multiple compounds in one blob

I have the problem of 2 compounds co-eluting and was therefore wondering if it is possible to automatically quantify multiple compounds in a single TIC blob, given that they have unique ions. From what I see, template matching can only assign a single compound to one blob. Yet, if I extract SICs man...

Re: Reference MS

Thanks.
So is this reference MS of the template somehow matched to blobs when clicking "match template"? If so, how is this done - is there some type of similarity score calculated? Is is possible to manually compare the spectrum of the template to the blob spectrum?

Reference MS

When applying a template to a blob table, the reference MS filed in Blob Properties/Analysis is filled automatically. What does the reference MS refer to?

Re: MS data binning

The point MS data is also only integer values. I'm importing from and HDF5 file (Tofwerk) - is there any way to get non-integer image data from this file format? If not, for which file format/vendor format do you support non-integer binning?

MS data binning

It seems like the MS data binning is not working. I'm working with HR data, yet none of the non-integer options results in a binned spectrum with the accurate mass (see attachment).
